Connect a dedicated inbound email address (SES or IMAP). Documents sent to that address are automatically ingested into the correct client's pipeline without manual upload.
Microsoft 365 mailboxes are supported on the IMAP email ingestion channel via OAuth — no app passwords required for M365 users.

The following integrations are in development. They are not currently available in FinzAI. This page will be updated when they are released.
FinzAI will push approved documents to Sage, with the same account mapping that is available today for QuickBooks and Xero.
We will add a FreeAgent connection for practices whose clients use FreeAgent as their accounting software.
We will offer HMRC-recognised MTD IT software for sole trader and landlord clients — quarterly submissions under Making Tax Digital for Income Tax.
We will release a dedicated iOS and Android app for capturing receipts and invoices on the go.

Per company. Each client company connects independently to its own QuickBooks Online or Xero account. This means different clients can use different accounting software, and connections are isolated from each other.
When you push a document to QuickBooks or Xero, FinzAI maps each line item's category to a specific account in that client's chart of accounts. You configure this mapping once per company — FinzAI remembers it for future pushes.
Yes. Companies House is an independent integration. You can look up company information, view filing deadlines and register a company number without connecting an accounting software integration.
